The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase by the end customer.
This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fire, sharp edges (such as crampons, skis, snowboards, rocks, etc.), fading of colors due to extended UV exposure, misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow recommended care and maintenance procedures, improper or incorrect maintenance or repairs by anyone other than an authorized Alpride dealer, use of parts or devices not conforming to the products, and modification of the product.
If your product, which you have purchased from an authorized sports retailer or directly from us, is nevertheless defective in material or production, we will repair or replace the item free of charge within 2 years.
The decision to repair, replace or refund the purchase price of a product shall be taken by Alpride SA. To process any guarantee claim, please bring the product together with the purchase receipt to your retailer. If you made the purchase in the Alpride online shop, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, describe the defect and attach detailed product pictures and a copy of the invoice.
All products come with a manual, please follow the instruction carefully.
